A large wall approximately 8 feet high by 70 feet long. Materials are vinyl, florescent light, steel, and lexan. The title refers to the revival of the dowtown Aurora Arts District. These panels return "windows" to this site where they once existed, and reflect the colorful district by symbolizing various arts activities: film, photography, music, design, fine arts, literary arts, and theater.
