Jennifer Gerber is an experienced, registered yoga teacher and a certified life coach. She received a 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification from Frog Lotus. In 2018, she completed her 300-hour Foundational Yoga Therapy training. She currently teaches in Saratoga Springs, New York, and lives with her husband and her dog, Dugan.
Sarah Cohen began studying movement therapies in 2015. She has studied a range of practices that treat the mind, body and spirit—from barre and Pilates to herbal remedies, yoga, breathwork, pain science and energy healing. Sarah has led both group classes and individual sessions. She loves to write poetry, travel, read and spend time in nature.
Ping Harbeant has been practicing and teaching Yoga for nearly 20 years, now focusing on Kundalini yoga and meditation. Growing up in China and receiving her education at the oldest university there, she has a unique background that bridges the east and the west, the modern and the ancient, the creative and the scientific. This outlook enables her to convey ancient teachings in a relevant and grounded way, creating breakthroughs for her students. She currently lives and teaches in Saratoga Springs, NY.
September's classes offer a four-part series: Kundalini Empowerment - Enchanted Garden, Enchanted Life, involving curated Kundalini yoga movement, breath exercise, mantra meditation, and deep relaxation. Join any one class or all four. The series awakens the child within. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
